Why haven't I received an email confirmation for my order?
It may take up to an hour to receive a confirmation email once your order is received. If you have not received confirmation within that period please send an email tosales@active-basics.com

How do I cancel and/or update my order?

Once your order is processed and packaged for shipment, no changes or cancellations can be made. Should you need to update or cancel your order, please send an email tosales@active-basics.com 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We will notify you with a confirmation email when your order has shipped. This notice will also contain your tracking information.

What are the different sizes of your clothing?
All products are U.S sizing only. We carry small, medium, large and with some items x-large. Some items will come as "one size fits most" and this will be specified in the item description.

Do you offer plus sizes?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not; However, additional sizing will become available soon.

What is your final sale policy?
While we gladly accept returns according to our store policy, we may at times have items that are discontinued and are marked Final Sale; these items are non-returnable. Should you return a "Final Sale" item, Active-Basics will not offer a refund and the return will be rejected.

Can I use multiple discount codes on the same order?
No. We can only accept one discount code per order. Discount codes are good for one time use only.
