Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days upon receipt of delivery. All items this includes, but not limited to, leggings, shirts, footwear etc., must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, or unaltered, in original packaging/box and include all original tags (still attached) within 15 days upon receipt of delivery. A copy of the original invoice that was shipped with your order, must also be included. Please note: We do not accept returns on intimate items i.e bralettes, sports bras, discounted, on sale, or clearance items.  All sales are final. No exceptions.

Any order that does not include a copy of the original invoice, original packaging, tags, boxes or if items are damaged, will be rejected and no refund will be issued. Active-Basics is not responsible for return shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all returned shipping costs. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking information, as Active-Basics will not be responsible for lost or delayed shipments. All refunds are given in the form of store credit. Store credits expire in 30 days from the date issued.
